Together with Michel Menin >> more about Menin, Guido Sterkendries lived for 14-days on a platform, at a height of 40 meters, in the trees of Panama. Surrounded by the inhabitants, he created a visual document about this endangered world and the life, failure and succes at 40 metres above the ground.

 
the Expedition
Guido returned to the area that he had explored on a previous expedition. In this part of the forest he could create a more in-depth document about the endangered Harlequin Toad.
Life in a Tree
Working on a platform in a treetop is fatiguing job. Every movement must be double-thought, it can be the difference between succes and failure.
Inhabitants
In the first place the Harlequin Toad was the main subject. But when discovering such a rich environment, one could hardly control his interests.
